Oh my gosh your show was spectacular Jeff! Every single illustration was solid. My favorite two were the blob consuming the women, and the big duck/dinosaur chasing after the women. I had to stare at them for long periods of time. You have a very good handle on environmental color schemes, and solidity of imaginary characters inside an imaginary world, doing spectacular things! haha! Great work!
Thanks Mike I'm glad you enjoyed the show, I was a little worried how the show would be received its a little different from what I normally do. I must say that I really enjoy your Illustrations from Chris's class, your doing real strong work as well.
Heh, I don't think you need to worry about how people will receive it since your illustrations turned out so great. And thanks for your comment about my work. I'm just trying to prepare myself for the cold hard world.... X_x sigh...
Btw, just a thought in passing... Longview is looking for a part time teacher for one of their computers in design courses....I heard you already had a degree in Commercial art/illustration and since they know you...you might have a chance? I know they still remember you at least...
Diana Grahn wanted me to spread the word at UCM or recommend someone from there (most likely already a teacher) to her. I thought you might or might not be interested.
