Inktober day 14 / Tyranid Warrior

 I am trying to represent each 40K faction as I do this Inktober, today is the Tyranids. here is a Tyranid Warrior armed with a venom cannon he's probably going to go waste some guardsmen.

Carnifex Versus Deathwing

This is a piece I did depicting a Tyranid Carnifex attempting to devour a Deathwing terminator. When at the last minute the mortally wounded terminator using his chainfist slashes the soft neck tissue of the ferocious creature. This was done in photoshop over a pencil sketch.

Below is the second still life of hopefully many I plan on doing every morning over this christmas break. Again like the previous one I used no blue, relying on a neutralized black to get the greens, it is oil on canvas and took about 1 1/2 hours.

Imperium's Finest

Manning the battlements of deep space fortification the Emperors finest Warriors make a stand against incredibly unlikely odds. The Tyranid swarm is attempting to overrun the Space Marines of the Mantis Warriors, and Salamander Chapters.
