This is a landscape I did from my Colorado trip, It was a giant rocky gorge in the middle of the mountains south of pikes peak. I would of liked to have done an on location painting but it was getting ready to rain.
Very nice. So now that you've got some plein air sea legs, try planning out some "keepers." Maybe larger.
Sketch your design first. If you go larger, you are going to work more loosely because you have more geography to cover in the same amount of time. Try larger with bigger brushes.
