Here is a digital piece I've been working on for the up coming Space Show 2.0. While working on this one I discovered a down side to working digitally, wide spread power outages make it really difficult.
Spaceshow2?!? That's exciting Jeff! I loved your previous space-show pieces...some of your best illustrations and I think in part it is because You just seem to relax and let your imagination explode constructively on them. I can't wait to see MORE (hope you most them here on your blog)!
Absolutely stunning piece of work Jeff. I'd love to see more of the digital painting process, but the image you have shared here is just so exquisite that I'm already more than grateful that you have taken time out to post this.
Thank You Peter, one of these days I plan on doing a tutorial of my digital process. This image is part of a series that involves the crew of female characters on their escapades around the galaxy, there are a lot more where these came from, I hope establish a web site for them at some point.
This is rally good Jeff. I love the atmosphere of this piece. On top of that the rendering on the ruins looks fantastic
ReplyDeleteThanks Jake!

ReplyDeleteThanks Mike! I really enjoy doing them, so much in fact that spend all my time doing them instead of looking for employment.
