Album Art

These are some recent images that I did for album art for a band out of St. Louis. The Full color image was done in oil on illustration board. I then photographed it and tried to desaturate color in areas of lesser interest to help establish a focal point.

This is one below was done in water color on arches paper. I kept everything monochromatic except for the sky. The idea was to do a before and after image of the man using the phone and then a scene after the man had taken off to avoid his pursuers. the way I did this was to do a full panoramic image of the scene then separately paint images of all the different elements (man, car, dust). then i scaned them into photoshop and assembled the elements on top of one another using the multiply command.

Here is my web site so far, I've gotten all the buttons working thanks to the patient help of Mr. Babcock, my next big goal is to get the header working, it will require Java script which is well beyond my understanding, I can hardly grasp HTML. Once I get that set up I should be nearly ready to go as far as getting this thing up on the server.

Last Project

This is my last project I used what I learned from my portrait master study and tried to make an character inventory screen. I still have a lot of things to do to it but its a start.

These are some of the latest animations I've done for the Zombie Game , these are just a few of them I had to do separate animation for each attack, action or reaction a character could have.

For this weeks master study I wanted to work on doing a character portrait Just to see how it was done. This is the original its from the game advance wars.
Above is my Version of the original, one thing I learned as the amount of colors you are limited to in the cmyk spectrum as oppose to the rgb spectrum, its good for video games and anything on screen but I don't know about print.
